What you will do

• Define and execute the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
• Create internal and partner buy-in for the product vision.
• Translate high-level strategies into detailed technical requirements and prototypes.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure rapid time-to-market and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end product launches in coordination with executive leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry.
• Strong background in product lifecycle management.
• Understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Proven data analytics and market research skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Valencia, Spain.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of online casino operations.
• Knowledge of responsible gambling regulations (MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.).
