TL;DR

Business Development Associate (AI): Driving new business and qualifying pipeline for hirify.global’s AI-powered ecommerce platform with an accent on prospecting enterprise accounts, crafting compelling outreach, and leading pitches. Focus on leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to identify high-potential opportunities and navigate deals from first conversation to close.

Location: This role requires in-office presence a minimum of 4 days per week. Due to US-specific benefits (401K, health insurance), candidates should be eligible to work from hirify.global's US offices in New York or Seattle.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 (total compensation, including fixed annual salary of $75,000 - $85,000 and target commission of $20,000 - $29,000)

What you will do

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads for hirify.global’s AI-powered ecommerce platform.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach and pitching through negotiation and closing.
  • Leverage hirify.global’s advanced analytics and AI to tailor sales strategy for prospects.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and account management teams for client onboarding.
