What you will do

• Lead market, business, product, and partnership strategies for moonshot projects.
• Collaborate closely as an embedded team member to accelerate project progress.
• Apply systems thinking to test hypotheses and de-risk projects from a business perspective.
• Act as a critical thought partner and co-builder with project leads.
• Support investment readiness for ventures preparing to graduate.
• Leverage resources and partnerships within hirify.global and Alphabet to accelerate moonshots.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to commute/relocate to Mountain View, CA.
• 10+ years of professional business ehirify.globalperience focused on deep tech through entrepreneurship, investing, consulting, or technical industry roles.
• Strong analytical skills including financial modeling, market discovery, and go-to-market strategy.
• Ehirify.globalperience building strategic partnerships around early-stage technologies or ventures.
• Ehirify.globalceptional project management and communication skills in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Growth mindset with passion for problem-solving and innovation.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
