Product Manager (Health & Wellness)

Location: France; fully remote

What you will do

• Research user needs through qualitative and quantitative data, user feedback, and behavioral insights.
• Define product roadmaps, metric targets, and strategic priorities for a key product area.
• Generate, evaluate, and prioritize product ideas and manage releases.
• Lead cross-functional product development with UI/UX, engineering, QA, data analysis, curriculum, and business development partners.
• Write design documents and web updates for new content, features, and initiatives.
• Plan data-driven experiments and analyze their impact on product outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience working in a startup or another high-ambiguity environment.
• Consumer product development experience, ideally with mobile or subscription-based products.
• Experience with psychology-based products, gamification, or user behavior-oriented apps.
• Strong user empathy, strategic thinking, data analysis, metrics, goal-setting, and critical problem-solving skills.
• Scrappy, execution-focused, curious, and teachable approach.
