What you will do

Lead wiring harness program management activities from RFQ to EOP.
Act as the primary customer interface for program-related matters.
Support development phase in Korea and relocate to Europe for program execution.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful program launches.
Oversee program timing, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Provide regular status updates to executive management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of experience in Program Management within the Automotive industry.
Proven track record in managing complex automotive programs.
Excellent bilingual communication skills in Korean and English.
High flexibility for frequent international travel.
