Senior Program Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex programs across multiple product lines.
• Act as the senior interface with customer leadership and global engineering teams.
• Manage full program P&L, including development, tooling, and lifecycle profitability.
• Drive program strategy, RFQ inputs, and risk assessment across global workstreams.
• Oversee system-level architecture, integration, and validation compliance.
• Lead program governance, gate reviews, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• 10+ years of automotive experience with at least 3+ years in complex program leadership.
• Proven background in ADAS, vision systems, or embedded automotive domains.
• Deep knowledge of automotive development standards including APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA.
• Demonstrated success in global program leadership and senior-level customer engagement.
