What you will do

  • Build pipeline from scratch using outbound research, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative methods.
  • Run first conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings that convert.
  • Collaborate closely with founders on messaging, sequencing, and offers.
  • Share frontline insights with product and marketing teams to accelerate growth.
  • Help shape the sales motion to scale hirify.global to $100M+ ARR.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near New York City, United States
  • 1-3 years of client-facing work experience.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and competitive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to connect with executives and sales reps.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building playbooks from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or selling sales tools to field sales teams.
