Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mountain View or San Francisco, California, United States.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience or a quantitative PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in C++, familiarity with Python and SQL.
• Passion for autonomous driving, simulation, and evaluation.

Nice to have

• 7+ years industry experience or 3+ years post-doc experience in quantitative or quality-focused engineering roles.
• Experience as a technical lead managing experiments, data processing, and system stability.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems at FAANG-level companies.
