What you will do

• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery with focus on transparency and accountability.
• Manage cross-company projects ensuring alignment between Lyft and hirify.global.
• Push workstream leads to deliver milestones and support teams.
• Identify and proactively solve or escalate risks.
• Leverage deep technical expertise with large-scale distributed 24x7 production systems to build plans and ensure smooth launches.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business leadership to build collaborative teams and enhance communication.
• Identify and resolve systemic issues impacting engineering and take aggressive action.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Experience managing large-scale, distributed production systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-company projects.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
