What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for defense clients throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery of complex systems.
• Oversee contractual, technical, and operational compliance for all deliverables.
• Anticipate risks and lead structured resolution of program-level crises.
• Manage program timelines and trigger invoicing at contractual milestones.
• Align centralized product policies with specific customer and program constraints.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within the defense sector.
• Proven track record managing complex deliveries and mass-production environments.
• Deep knowledge of defense acquisition processes, milestones, and compliance documentation.
• Experience managing complete business plans and direct client interfaces.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams in disruptive environments.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
