What you will do

• Own end-to-end AI architecture ensuring scalability, security, and compliance in healthcare.
• Define reference architectures, technology choices, and integration patterns across cloud and data layers.
• Translate business, clinical, and regulatory requirements into AI system design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Regulatory experts.
• Establish standards for data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (B2+) with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in AI/ML solution design and delivery.
• Proven experience architecting AI/ML systems in Azure environments including Azure AI Services and Databricks.
• Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SQL, and MLOps practices.
• Experience in regulated domains such as medical devices or pharma.
• Comfortable with regular meetings overlapping US time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI, reinforcement learning, or AI safety methods.
• Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks like HIPAA or GDPR.
