What you will do
- Maintain and develop hybrid server infrastructure.
- Manage active network equipment and cloud-based communication channels.
- Diagnose and solve hardware and software problems.
- Implement new services and maintain technical documentation.
- Create and configure automations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Expert knowledge of MS Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Basic Linux experience.
- Network experience with Mikrotik or Cisco.
- Experience with Cloud Services and SSO.
- English B1+ and Russian B2+ proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in on-premise-cloud migration.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code practices.
