What you will do
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to system alerts promptly.
- Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to resolve incidents and improve monitoring systems.
- Support infrastructure reliability through basic DevOps tasks.
- Maintain documentation for incidents and operational processes.
- Contribute to continuous infrastructure improvement and operational stability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and version control systems.
- English proficiency at B1-B2 level.
- Fluent Ukrainian or Russian language skills required.
- Interest in learning and developing skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Ability to respond to on-call incidents within 5 minutes during on-call weeks.
- Must be able to work remotely or from offices in Poland or Ukraine.
