Senior IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer (Cybersecurity): Maintaining and enhancing hirify.global’s corporate infrastructure environment, including networking, identity, firewalls, and hybrid cloud services with an accent on secure, reliable, and well-managed enterprise IT systems that support internal business operations. Focus on driving infrastructure reliability, resilience, and uptime, and implementing security best practices in partnership with the Security team.

What you will do

• Maintain Linux server environment (with some Windows) and associated supporting services.
• Administer and secure identity systems (e.g. Entra ID / SSO integrations).
• Manage and secure end-user computing (EUC) estate primarily consisting of Mac with some Windows devices.
• Design, configure, and manage enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Support corporate cloud infrastructure (Azure / M365 and AWS).
• Implement infrastructure security best practices in partnership with the Security team.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux server environments (Windows exposure desirable).
• Experience managing and securing a predominantly Mac-based corporate device estate.
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience (M365 / Entra ID).
• Hands-on firewall and enterprise networking experience.
• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure and M365 security configuration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools.
• Experience in compliance-driven environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
