What you will do

• Manage user accounts and access permissions according to company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues including wired/wireless, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support IT initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and assist with procurement and asset management.
• Provide remote user support and training materials to enhance IT system understanding.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and promote security practices to safeguard data and systems.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication and report writing skills required.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software, including Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11.
• Experience with VMWare and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, Sec+ are advantageous.
