What you will do

• Build and improve enterprise AI products and vertical-specific tools for finance, healthcare, and legal sectors.
• Collaborate with research teams to shape AI models and enhance domain-specific capabilities.

• Analyze user activation and adoption to improve product engagement and retention.
• Design context and memory architectures for seamless AI agent collaboration across products.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States with hybrid work requiring office presence at least 25% of the time
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with experience in enterprise or B2B product development.
• Experience working across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.
• Effective communication skills to engage with enterprise stakeholders across industries.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-moving organization.
