Salary: $210,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Own and optimize key product journeys including sign-up, onboarding, and purchase paths.
• Design and implement features that drive adoption of platform capabilities for individuals and teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to prioritize user journey improvements.
• Utilize experimentation and analytics to validate the impact of product changes.
• Build high-quality experiences for AI-assisted workflows and developer tools.
• Iterate quickly on onboarding and discovery systems to support a growing customer base.

Requirements

• Must be based in the greater San Francisco area.
• 8+ years of experience building frontend or full-stack applications with a focus on UX.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in React or Next.js.
• Proven track record of improving product experiences that drive user engagement.
• Experience using data, analytics, or experimentation to guide product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Knowledge of state management tools like MobX.
• Experience working on B2B products, developer tools, or AI-powered experiences.
• Background in fast-paced startup environments.
