What you will do
- Provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement support for technology services in the APAC region.
- Source data centre, colocation, telecom, SaaS, cloud, smart hands services, and IT hardware.
- Develop vendor partnerships and manage supplier performance against business goals.
- Run RFX processes, including RFQs and RFPs, from supplier selection through contracting and supplier management.
- Negotiate and redline agreements with the Legal team while ensuring compliance.
- Use data to guide procurement strategies, resolve discrepancies, and promote best practices.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of related procurement experience.
- Deep understanding of RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Ability to balance strategic projects with operational work, including generating purchase orders.
- Fluent English required.
