What you will do

• Provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement support for technology and non-technology services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage requests and align on project requirements.
• Develop vendor partnerships and ensure supplier performance.
• Manage procurement processes, including purchase order creation and invoice verification.
• Execute RFX processes and negotiate agreements.
• Resolve procurement challenges and promote best practices within the team.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of related experience with a deep understanding of RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex procurement terms.
• Independent worker capable of managing complex scenarios.
• Strong negotiation skills and project management capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; understanding written Chinese is preferred.
