Sr Mgr Global Sourcing (Healthcare)

hirify.global is a large healthcare company with a corporate sourcing organization focused on procurement, supplier relationships, and product supply.

What you will do

• Lead sourcing activities for assigned healthcare product lines and coordinate the global purchasing team.
• Negotiate complex supplier contracts, lead bids and RFP processes, and manage contract revisions with legal and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through freight optimization, packaging efficiency, production changes, and product redesign.
• Develop long-term supplier strategies, manage production planning and forecasts, and maintain service levels.
• Mitigate sourcing risks, develop new suppliers, and provide strategic sourcing guidance to business divisions.
• Build and develop a strong sourcing team through goal setting, coaching, and performance development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare or a regional sourcing center.
• Experience with new product development and new supplier development.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills, with knowledge of basic market indicators.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role in Shanghai, China, with frequent travel.
