Account Executive (Smb): Manage full-cycle sales of SMB leads, including contract generation and closing deals for a diverse product portfolio with an accent on value-based sales approaches and multi-channel prospecting. Focus on negotiating, closing deals, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer journey.
What you will do
- Manage full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads including contract generation and closing
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals using value-based sales techniques
- Perform prospecting activities via emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to evaluate solutions
- Negotiate and close deals with buyers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management teams for smooth handoffs
Requirements
- 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications/solutions
- Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes
- Experience tracking and forecasting pipeline using CRM
- Ability to manage multi-touch sales cycles
- Team player with good communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with SFDC, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Experience with SPICED or SPIN sales methodologies
- Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads (SDR, BDR roles)
- Experience selling SaaS, CRM, SFA, and marketing software solutions
