What you will do

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for AI knowledge systems aligned with business goals.
• Lead development of foundational knowledge systems powering search, chat, and agent experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to improve AI quality and integration.
• Use data-driven metrics and user feedback to monitor and enhance AI-driven features.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate improvements and prioritize features.
• Communicate progress and product narratives effectively to internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or eligible to work remotely within US zones.
• 3+ years of product management experience focused on AI, machine learning, or knowledge systems.
• Experience with ads, feeds, search, or recommendation products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies including knowledge graphs and recommendation engines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
