What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for AI quality in assigned feature areas.
• Lead initiatives to improve AI model quality, reliability, and trustworthiness aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, product, and design teams to identify and implement AI quality improvements.
• Advocate for quality standards and influence stakeholders to elevate user experience.
• Develop customer insights to identify quality gaps and prioritize feature enhancements.
• Communicate progress and create narratives highlighting advancements in AI quality to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of product management experience with recent focus on AI product quality.
• Strong technical expertise in search, ads technologies, NLP, and machine learning principles.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior executives.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
