People Specialist (HR)

What you will do

• Review country benefits packages to ensure alignment with hirify.global's philosophy and compliance.
• Create communications to improve employee engagement and understanding of benefits.
• Manage the renewal and/or implementation of new employee benefits globally.
• Liaise with benefit providers to ensure schemes are up-to-date and triage issues when necessary.
• Support HR transformation activities to automate and streamline employee benefits administration processes.
• Respond to employee queries escalated to the benefits team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an employee benefits specialist role.
• Expertise providing quality support and deliverables.
• Great attention to detail.
• MS Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• The ability to work unsupervised and within tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Start-up, tech industry, or financial services experience.
• A bachelor's degree in people practice, administration, human resources, or similar.
• Experience collaborating with an international team.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
