What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to boost organic visibility and rankings.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent and brand voice.
- Monitor performance metrics such as traffic and conversions to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to enhance technical SEO, site performance, and user experience.
- Implement AI-driven processes and automation to increase marketing efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing distribution environment.
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEA and digital marketing tools, specifically Google Analytics.
- Experience with SAP, eCommerce operations excellence, and Microsoft products.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing technologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and general web technologies.

- Proficiency in German or additional language skills within the EMEA region.
