What you will do

  • Develop and run hirify.global’s global go-to-market partnership strategy with AWS, including engagement and execution plans.
  • Engage with hirify.global and AWS executives to launch offerings and drive co-selling motions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align technical and theater counterparts, prioritizing key initiatives.
  • Manage programmatic engagement and operationalize processes to meet shared business goals.
  • Expand executive relationships across AWS sales, partner, and technical organizations.
  • Coordinate go-to-market execution with regional partner teams and support marketing and event initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years of experience with AWS or hyperscale cloud providers.
  • Proven track record in software or SaaS companies managing global alliance partnerships, preferably with AWS.
  • Experience working with system integrators and managing revenue-generating deals.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 50% depending on location.
  • Preferred location in Seattle or San Jose area.
  • Strong executive presence and strategic problem-solving skills.
