What you will do

• Lead and support an Android engineering team, fostering personal and professional growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative functionalities.
• Manage tech metrics and KPIs to maintain system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work format.
• English: Full professional proficiency (C2).
• At least 1 year of experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong Android expertise with proficiency in Kotlin and core platform concepts.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics.
• Ability to create technical documentation and data-driven dashboards.
