What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and drive scalable, high-performance rendering solutions.
- Champion best practices in graphics engineering, including accurate color management and optimized rendering pipelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends in rendering technology, PBR, ICC profiles, and Rust development.
- Define and track engineering success metrics, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Drive technical hiring efforts, attracting top-tier Rust and PHP engineers passionate about graphics programming.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar role.
- At least 5 years experience in software engineering.
- Proven collaboration skills to build strong relationships across teams.
- Empathy, integrity, and the capacity to maintain a healthy team environment.
- Track record of delivering complex projects within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Problem-solving skills with flexibility and openness to new approaches.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
