What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers for hybrid cloud infrastructure in AWS and Hetzner.
• Design, document, and lead the implementation of reliable and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee technical analysis, cost estimation and optimization, platform design, and delivery milestones.
• Engage in hands-on technical work alongside the team and lead incident response during critical issues.
• Define team goals and strategy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate the on-call rotation across infrastructure and software engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and related services.
• Strong technical background in AWS, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, and monitoring/observability tooling.
• Proven leadership or management experience with strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Experience setting strategic vision and owning complex technical initiatives.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be physically located within Europe.
