What you will do

• Enable world-class tooling and "Golden Paths" to make the right way the easy way.
• Lead the transition to agentic AI workflows for faster and safer software shipping.
• Define and enforce non-negotiable quality and security standards.
• Define and execute the strategy for AI-augmented engineering.
• Build and maintain standardized, self-service templates for infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.
• Lead the hirify.global Campus team and Practice Guilds to drive peer-to-peer learning and standardization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years leading engineering transformation, platform engineering, or developer experience at scale (500+ engineers).
• Proven track record of shifting engineering culture.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps patterns, and security-by-design.
• Collaborative, empathetic, and servant-leader oriented leadership style.
