2+ years of prior experience as Business Analyst in IT domain
Understanding of project lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Proactive standpoint, excellent communication skills and self-management skills
Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
Analytical mindset and attention to details
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
