What you will do
- Maintain and develop CRO strategies including pop-ups and A/B testing based on proprietary site tracking capabilities
- Contribute to paid acquisition and retention strategy teams
- Lead conversion and UX strategy from ideation through execution and analysis
- Provide ongoing recommendations to improve client KPIs through website testing and UX improvements
- Create deliverables such as website audits, analytics reviews, user journey analysis, wireframes, and persona development
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research and apply web analytics insights
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Strong knowledge of testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, OptinMonster)
- Experience reporting on optimization success and failures
- Strong digital marketing and effective website design skills
- Experience creating wireframes and interaction specifications
- Perfect English proficiency
