Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Riga, Latvia or the United Kingdom; hybrid working with a preference for spending part of the week in the central Riga office

Gross salary: from €4,500 per month, depending on experience

Edurio develops a survey platform that helps schools and school groups collect feedback from parents, pupils, and staff to improve education quality.

What you will do

• Take product work end to end, including technical design, full-stack development, release, and production ownership.
• Direct, correct, and improve coding agents, and share effective practices with the development team.
• Build tests, error output, and checks that enable agents to self-correct and help the team trust the results.
• Review changes with human judgement focused on design, consequences, hidden coupling, and security.
• Respond to production incidents involving your work, including fixes, alerting, and runbooks.
• Document the systems you build and keep agent context files current.

Requirements

• Experience building and running web applications across the front end and back end.
• Strong daily use of coding agents and the ability to understand, justify, and defend agentically produced code.
• Ability to verify your own work before review and write technical designs that colleagues or agents can implement.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Collaborative approach and interest in contributing to a strong team culture.
• Availability for hybrid work in Riga, Latvia or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue, TypeScript, or AWS serverless technologies.
• Experience or interest in the EdTech sector.
• Experience or interest in UI/UX or design.
