What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end dispute and chargeback lifecycle.
• Develop and implement card fraud prevention strategies.
• Optimize fraud detection systems and tools.
• Ensure compliance with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements.
• Analyze fraud trends and adjust risk rules accordingly.
• Provide regular reports on fraud losses and prevention effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fraud management within the payment card industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Visa products and chargeback rules.
• Strong understanding of EMV technology and 3D Secure principles.
• Proven experience in managing fraud detection systems.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
