Focus on conducting periodic internal customer reviews and improving transaction monitoring processes while working in a hybrid model from Lithuania.

Location: Vilnius, Vilnius County, Lithuania (Hybrid; availability to come to Vilnius and work in a hybrid model anywhere from Lithuania)

Salary: 2500–3500 € Gross (negotiable based on experience)

What you will do

• Monitor and address alerts on customers and their transactions.
• Identify unusual activity, prepare investigation summaries, and resolve or escalate cases to the MLRO.
• Screen customers against PEP, sanctions, and adverse media lists.
• Conduct periodic internal customer reviews.
• Drive process improvements and take ownership of improvement tasks for the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in transaction monitoring (experience in another EMI is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of AML, CFT, and fraud laws.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Availability to come to Vilnius and work in a hybrid model anywhere from Lithuania.
