What you will do
- Deliver magician-standard support across calls, chat, and email.
- Handle card acquiring queries, including chargebacks, disputes, and terminal issues.
- Own complex, high-impact issues end to end as a subject matter expert.
- Work closely with a third-party provider (e.g., Adyen), often in parallel with customer support.
- Support businesses through complex situations (e.g., insolvency, transitions) and manage merchant relationships.
- Run QA and remediation, manage audit requests, and improve processes based on trends and data quality.
Requirements
- Experience in card acquiring / merchant services.
- Experience working with card acquiring providers.
- Understanding of merchant lifecycles (onboarding to offboarding).
- Comfort handling complex, high-pressure situations and frustrated customers.
- Ability to work across calls, chat, and email.
- Available for training starting Monday 30th August 2026 for 8 weeks (Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm all remote) with no holidays/appointments/clashes during that period.

Hiring process
