What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
• Administer and update HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Coordinate and support payroll processing, with support of the payroll providers.
• Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR projects.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English and one other language (French, German, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and labor legislation.
• Experience with HR management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.
