What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
- Administer and update HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records and data integrity.
- Coordinate and support payroll processing, with support of the payroll providers.
- Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR projects.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English and one other language (French, German, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and labor legislation.
- Experience with HR management systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.
