What you will do

• Supervise the IT Support team including workflow, scheduling, performance, and professional development.
• Manage IT Support operations such as call center and ticket system administration with monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to improve new hire orientation and lead IT training sessions.
• Ensure user support for IT equipment and networks, organizing troubleshooting and repairs.
• Oversee user account administration and maintain accurate documentation and SOPs.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and assist with new technology implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in IT support with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, call center tools, help desk ticketing systems, and Active Directory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience creating and delivering training materials.
