Salary: $169,000 - $235,000

What you will do

• Lead a team of Professional Services Consultants and Architects.
• Oversee hirify.global implementations across a diverse customer portfolio.
• Track and analyze KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
• Manage delivery performance and refine methodologies for efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting within SaaS.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing Senior Individual Contributors.
• Strong understanding of data integration and business process automation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ICM or SPM platforms.
• Technical fluency in SQL, ETL, APIs, or scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or AI/automation in service delivery.
