Location: Mexico City (Remote) or **remote from anywhere globally** as hirify.global is remote-first, with a diverse team across 30 countries.

What you will do

  • Lead technical interactions with new partners to connect acquiring cards and other products.
  • Oversee and enhance documentation, and refine processes for efficient partner integrations.
  • Support QA analysts and collaborate with development for integration tasks.
  • Mentor and develop the integration team.
  • Provide expert technical consultation and guidance to integration partners.

Requirements

  • **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in a similar senior position within payment processing, internet acquiring, or fintech.
  • **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of APIs (protocols, data formats) and payment specifications.
  • **Communication Proficiency**: **English fluency at B2+ level or higher**.
  • Analytical thinking with a track record of optimising integration workflows.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in developing teams with a focus on operational excellence.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Postman API or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Javascript.
