• Prioritize effectively to manage trade-offs and keep the team focused on essential tasks.

Requirements

• Experienced Product Manager (5+ years) with a track record of building and scaling complex systems.
• Experience with payment rails, money movement, or financial services APIs.
• Comfortable working hands-on with engineers, architects, designers, and operations teams.
• Systems thinker who can connect long-term strategy with detailed execution and edge-case handling.
• Data-driven and outcome-obsessed.
• Skilled communicator who can simplify complex topics.
