Sr Software Engineer (Networking)

Salary: $157,000–$213,800 USD annually, plus potential performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and automate networking foundations for large-scale compute clusters across major cloud providers.
• Develop secure, scalable connectivity for millions of virtual machines running on the platform.
• Build networking infrastructure supporting data and AI workloads and enterprise security features.
• Design solutions that enable connectivity to cloud resources and help prevent data exfiltration.
• Collaborate with product management, operations, and engineering teams to deliver robust and efficient systems.
• Solve novel multicloud and distributed-systems challenges as a hands-on technical leader.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production-level experience with Python, Java, Scala, C++, or a similar language.
• 4+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch.
• Experience working on a SaaS platform or with service-oriented architectures.
• Extensive experience with large-scale compute clusters, network connectivity, and automation.
