Salary: $165,000–$185,000.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Solutions Consulting team, defining vision and engagement frameworks.
• Partner with enterprise customers to drive adoption of core and advanced product capabilities.
• Serve as an executive sponsor on key accounts, providing trusted technical and business guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to align strategies and handoffs.
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
• Implement tools, metrics, and reporting to track team performance and customer adoption outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management leadership roles within SaaS.
• Proven track record of building and scaling teams that drive measurable customer adoption and retention.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of SaaS delivery models and enterprise adoption challenges.
• Experience developing and operationalizing frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; exceptional communication and executive presence.
