What you will do

Manage customer accounts throughout the onboarding, adoption, and renewal phases.
Provide technical and business-oriented guidance to customers.
Clear technical blockers and optimize solution design.
Work with sales teams to identify and mitigate customer risks.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance offerings.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical account management.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, microservices, and HashiCorp tools.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently.
Up to 50% travel required.
