hirify.global is seeking a Technical Product Manager to execute the vision of hirify.global Cloud Platform that provides connected experience and improves productivity for our customers.

What you will do

• Define roadmap, ideate, prioritize, and deliver data governance solutions.
• Perform detailed level analysis on hirify.global Products Data and Information exchange, APIs, and data models.
• Build and maintain data catalogs, glossaries, and lineage to support data stewardship and discovery.
• Work closely with Product Engineering, UX and other departments to execute and connect our products data and information accurately.
• Influence cross-functional initiatives related to the overall data connectedness.

Requirements

• Six plus (6+) years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or a relevant role in leading data product organizations.
• Extensive experience in complex platform solutions and product integrations required.
• Product Management mindset and thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies and SDLC.
• Exhibits a keen interest in and comprehensive understanding of AI.
• Previous experience with SaaS, Cloud solutions with an ability to understand complex business systems.
• Proven ability to work with remote teams to achieve sustainable long-term success.
