Customer Care Onboarding (Fintech): Guiding and supporting Dutch and Flemish customers through the account opening process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience with an accent on providing sharp, quick technical support and setting up internal processes. Focus on improving customer satisfaction and adapting to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France. This role focuses on supporting customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support and guide Dutch and Flemish customers through the account opening process via email and phone.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve the product and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Set up internal processes, update FAQs, dashboards, and macros, and provide feedback to Ops and Product teams.
  • Identify anomalies, optimize problem-solving, and keep colleagues updated.

Requirements

  • Up to one year of experience in customer support or handling client challenges.
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy and adaptability in communication.
  • Results-driven with multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and Flemish, and fluent in English (B2).
