What you will do
- Provide technical support and guide Dutch and Flemish customers through the account opening process via email and phone.
- Collect customer feedback to improve the product and maintain high satisfaction.
- Set up internal processes, update FAQs, dashboards, and macros, and provide feedback to Ops and Product teams.
- Identify anomalies, optimize problem-solving, and keep colleagues updated.
Requirements
- Up to one year of experience in customer support or handling client challenges.
- Customer-centric approach with empathy and adaptability in communication.
- Results-driven with multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and Flemish, and fluent in English (B2).
