What you will do
- Provide exceptional technical assistance and customer service to Strategic Accounts via various channels.
- Optimize client business processes by recommending best practices and maximizing hirify.global ecosystem value.
- Collaborate with Implementation teams for smooth transitions and Strategic Account Managers for daily operations.
- Anticipate client needs, review requests, and forecast future requirements in unified customer meetings.
- Drive feature adoption through proactive account health syncs and provide training sessions to clients.
- Manage high-stakes technical escalations and advocate for product enhancements with Product and Development teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in Ghent or nearby areas, able to travel to Ghent as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Extensive customer service experience in a technical support role.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality industry.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Mac OS.
- Proven troubleshooting skills in a senior support position.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of networking or network support experience.
- Understanding of API (relevant to SaaS) and experience supporting this.
- Prior experience in a consultant role.
