TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Applicants must be currently living in the Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain customer satisfaction, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Answer questions about new features and functionalities, thinking of solutions.
  • Provide support via multiple communication channels (email, live chat, phone) in German and English.
  • Engage with potential customers to answer queries about hirify.global products and services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by hirify.global customers, ensuring positive customer experiences.
  • Guide customers in setting up their charging stations with clear instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including development, to report on product bugs or shortcomings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer contact role.
  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • High-level English (spoken and written) required to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain composure even with challenging customers.
  • Positive attitude, a team player, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
  • Energy for working within a scale-up environment.
  • MBO+ degree or equivalent level through experience.
  • Free from a 9-5 mentality.
