Client Services Intern (Traveltech): Help elevate customer care processes and contribute to improving customer satisfaction with an accent on organizing and managing customer complaints, building client relationships, and supporting data analysis and process improvements. Focus on gaining hands-on experience in a global travel technology company and collaborating with teams to resolve issues.

Location: On-site in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, 4-5 days per week.

Salary: €500 monthly allowance.

What you will do

• Organize and manage customer complaints.

Requirements

• Must be available for 6 months, on-site, 4-5 days per week.
