What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for VW, establishing proactive communication with OEMs.
  • Ensure alignment with other hirify.global Product Lines when responding to customer issues.
  • Maximize hirify.global's content per vehicle by supporting multi-product plans for profitable growth.
  • Lead price negotiations and ensure customer demands are managed through internal processes.
  • Organize and coordinate hirify.global representatives on customer visits, while supporting project launches and transfers.
  • Drive activities to improve cost structure and enhance price quality, supporting business planning and managing in the SPS.

Requirements

  • Degree in economics or industrial engineering with a strong financial background.
  • Experience in the German automotive industry, specifically with VW Group.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, preferably wiring harnesses.
  • Strong teamwork approach, flexible and proven ability to work under pressure, with good execution and presentation skills.
  • Strong German and English language skills – spoken and written.
