What you will do
- Own the execution of Sales Enablement programs to support sales performance.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define hiring profiles and onboarding experiences.
- Design structured onboarding programs for new sellers and partners.
- Create ongoing training and certification frameworks for sales teams.
- Develop enablement content and tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Use data to measure impact and iterate on programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership in high-growth B2B environments.
- Ability to translate sales strategy into actionable programs.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and GTM motions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.
- Experience with enablement platforms and Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
